Delicious food with good quality ingredients and presentation. We ordered the pasta with chicken, burrata root salad, and the elk sausage. Everything was flavourful and we enjoyed our meal very much. My 4 year old loved the pasta and sausage. It wasn't busy the evening we went (Sunday night) and we hope it will have enough support to still be around our next visit. Combined with good service and a beautiful space, it is one of the best restaurants we have visited in Jasper.
Lovely and well-placed restaurant that has great views and is very convenient to get to. My server, Isabella, was wonderful, and gave great advice for things to do in the area. There were many different options for coffee, and it was really good. The food was delicious and filling, and was a great and fulfilling breakfast experience in the morning.
A lovely and chic restaurant just enough away from the center of town but close enough to be convenient; the food was amazing as well as the service and atmosphere. Drinks were really well crafted too. We got the mushroom risotto and steak as well as chocolate pot de creme for dessert with port, and the waiter even let us try a little of a nicer port! Just a really sweet and delicious spot. You can tell the quality of the ingredients is excellent. Reserve and go!
We had an amazing meal at Terra thanks to our server, Cleo. She was very attentive, and answered our questions about various items on the menu explaining how the ingredients are ‘farmed and foraged’. What a memorable slogan for such an incredible restaurant! She recommended some great shareable appetizers and desserts for our group. Would recommend this place to anyone passing through Jasper! Thank you Cleo!
Had breakfast here before hitting the road through Jasper and other areas of the park. Had the breakfast sandwich and it was perfectly prepared on rye bread
We went for breakfast here & ordered the Foragers bowl w/ a side of salmon chicken, as well as the Breakfast Sandwich. The flavours were incredible!! The bowl consisted of a bunch of root veggies that were pickled, but they all had their own unique flavour & the wild rice lentil paired perfectly. There were 2 homemade hot sauces available, Kiwi Watermelon & Blueberry. Both were delicious! The breakfast sandwich was also mouth-watering. Made on sourdough w/ rosemary aioli & gouda, it was far from your regular breakfast sammie. We enjoyed our meal so much, we asked our server if we could speak w/ the chef to convey our gratitude for such an wonderful meal. Hats off to the chef Terry!! Our server was also amazing, I believe his name was Ansh. Overall a great experience & a stylish establishment. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.
Interesting and delicious food at Terra! The “Corn Ribs” were a huge standout. The decor and atmosphere were great and the service staff was excellent. We went for dinner and we’re so pleased we went back the next day for their brunch service. Thank you Terra! Highly recommended.
Amaya was the best server I've ever had. She honestly set the bar so high for this trip to Jasper nothing has felt nearly a good even though everyone else has been great. Back to Terra, the menu rotates but the Buretta and Roots Salad was one of the best things I've ever eaten. Drinks were fantastic as well. I was blown away when Amaya said it was only the 2nd dinner shift she'd ever worked as she was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave wonderful recommendations. The jar cheesecake for dessert was also outstanding. The space is very well designed. I was very impressed. Breakfast the next day was pretty good but dinner was my highlight.
